Heartwood Montessori is accepting applications for the 2025-2026 school year. We serve children 16 months through kindergarten. Children must be toilet-trained to attend the Children’s House. Prerequisites for the Toddler Community are available upon request.

Schedule a Visit
We welcome you to schedule a time to visit our school to learn what your child’s experience will be like at Heartwood. Currently, we are conducting initial tours after the school day to allow prospective families to get a first-hand sense of the Montessori environment. Call or email to set up a tour!
After your visit, you will receive a link to our application form. Upon receipt of this form and a $50 application fee, we will contact you regarding your child’s enrollment timeline, and any follow-up paperwork necessary along the way.
Typical Enrollment Timeline & Waiting Pool
Each spring, our enrollment period for new students runs throughout March. Outside of this period, we accept applications on a rolling basis, as space permits. Families are notified beginning in April regarding their child’s enrollment status for the following school year.
Heartwood maintains a Waiting Pool for all interested families. If our classrooms are fully enrolled, we will place your child’s name in our Waiting Pool. Once an opening becomes available, Heartwood Montessori School admits new children from this pool in an effort to balance the classroom’s current makeup. We enroll according to the Montessori method as we seek to evaluate the best fit for each classroom community and its needs.
The $50 application fee can be paid through the link at the end of the application form. A signed Enrollment Agreement and Materials Fee will be required to secure your child’s space at Heartwood Montessori School, should space be available.
