HALF DAY PROGRAM
This program provides children a morning work cycle, snack, and recess. Children in the Half-Day program eat lunch with their classmates at Heartwood.
Hours: 8:30am – 12:30pm (drop-off between 8:25 and 8:30am)
SCHOOL DAY PROGRAM
This program provides morning and afternoon work cycles, a morning and an afternoon snack, recess, and midday all-school rest time. Children in their kindergarten year must register for school days at minimum.
Hours: Toddler: 8:30am-3:30pm (drop-off between 8:15 and 8:30am)
Children’s House: 8:30am -3:30pm (drop-off between 8:25 and 8:30am)
EXTENDED CARE PROGRAM
Recognizing that some families may have care needs beyond the school day, we offer extended care programming before and after school. These programs have limited capacity, and must be registered for in advance.
AM CARE: Children’s House only 8:00am – 8:30am (drop-off between 8:00 and 8:10am)
PM CARE: All Ages: 3:30pm – 5:00pm

We accept government-subsidized tuition payments including the Childcare Assistance Program and Pathway 1 Early Learning Scholarships on a continual basis and offer a private, needs-based tuition assistance program for qualifying families specific to each school year. Additionally, we offer a sibling discount of 10% off each additional child enrolled concurrently. Students in their kindergarten year who have attended two years of Children’s House will receive a 30% discount. Families are eligible for one discount at a time.
All programs run Monday through Friday. All children attend five days.
