Heartwood Montessori is an amazing place to spend your day! We have AMI or AMS trained lead guides, and offer comprehensive onboarding and training for our assistant and extended day staff. Our goal is to build community at all levels, to fulfill our mission of growing community by empowering children through respect, independence, and discovery within an authentic, accessible, and equitable Montessori learning environment.

Join our Sub list
Heartwood maintains a list of substitute staff who fill in when regular staff are ill or on planned time off. We offer comprehensive onboarding training, pay competitive rates, email a list of available shifts weekly, for subs to pick up as they are available. Often, our sub staff end up joining our school more regularly, which means we are always open to adding to the sub list. This position is great for anyone who has some flexibility in their schedule and would like to spend some time with us! Position is dependent on passing a background study, and having documentation of certain minimum experience and education. Send an email to learn more!
