Summer at Heartwood is full of FUN!
Heartwood Montessori is excited to offer a summer program this year. Children 16 months through kindergarten will engage in the world around them through outdoor play, gardening, neighborhood field trips, water exploration, art, food, and more. Our experienced staff is looking forward to giving your children a full summer of hands-on learning and great memories!
The summer program runs for 12 weeks, June 5th – August 25th, 2023.
We will be closed the week of July 4th.

Program details:
– Program is available for children ages 16 months – kindergarten.
– Families may select which months or weeks they would like their child to attend. You will only be charged payment for the months for which you register.
– Late pick up fees will be charged after 5:30pm: $1 per minute.

Payment details:
– A one time registration fee is required for new families enrolling for summer. This is due at time of registration.
– Following that, all invoices will be billed monthly, beginning May 26.
– Payments must be current for a student to maintain participation in the summer program. If you feel that you may make a late payment, please contact us in advance of the overdue bill.
– Overdue bills without prior contact (as per above) will be charged a late fee of $5/day
– If you need to cancel your enrollment for a specific month, you must notify Heartwood in writing by the 15th of the month prior to the change.
– Enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year is neither guaranteed by nor contingent on participation in the 2023 summer program.
